Your mission
As a Videography Assistant Intern, you will support our in‑house Videographers who are responsible for all video content across Dorel brands, including Maxi-Cosi. Your mission is to assist the full videography pipeline. From how to movies to product videos, lifestyle and campaign content, in studio and on location. Working from our Eindhoven studio, you will be closely involved in every phase of the video workflow, gaining hands‑on experience in a professional environment while supporting high‑quality video output.
Key responsibilities
- Support the videographer in preparing upcoming shoots
- Assist with creating shot lists, scripts, storyboards and production schedules
- Help organize all project information, references and assets in the correct folders
- Ensure all required equipment, props and products are prepared ahead of shoot days
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting video content and ask clarifying questions where needed
- Assist the videographer during shoots
- Help set up cameras, tripods, rigs and lighting
- Prepare sets in advance and ensure everything is shoot‑ready
- Monitor batteries, memory cards and equipment during shoot days
- Support with lighting adjustments and basic camera setup changes
- Help ensure proper file naming and logging during or after recording
- Actively anticipate production needs to keep filming efficient and on schedule
- Support backing up all video files to the correct servers, folders and channels
- Create a first selection of usable takes or clips for review in a rough cut
- Coordinate feedback rounds and ensure comments are shared clearly and on time
- You have solid skills in video editing (experience with editing in Davinci Resolve is a strong plus)
Your profile
- You are currently studying videography, film, media, multimedia design or a related field
- You are hands‑on, proactive and well organized
- You enjoy being involved in video productions from start to finish
- You are comfortable working on set and handling technical equipment
- You communicate clearly and are not afraid to ask questions
- You have experience with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro)
- You have an interest in camera work, lighting, audio and storytelling
- You are flexible, reliable and able to adapt in dynamic shoot environments
- You have a practical, energetic mindset and stay calm under pressure
