Job summary

SZR offers a role on the teaching ward at Waalhof, a living ward for patients with somatic needs. You will work with fixed care staff and supervise trainees and apprentices, sharing expertise and learning from them as well.

As a Verzorgende-IG with a passion for patient-centered care, you will tailor care plans, provide psychosocial support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents feel seen and valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma Verzorgende IG (mbo-niveau 3) is required.
• Experience mentoring trainees and learners is desirable.
• Willingness to work in a teaching ward with students.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and guidance to residents with cognitive needs and behavioral challenges.
• Perform simple, non-complex and non-deferrable nursing tasks and support with ADL.
• Supervise and guide students and apprentices from different levels.
