Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Netherlands is seeking a VAS Technician to join a modern, international distribution center in Beringe. You will assemble, install, test, and configure technical equipment according to customer requirements, ensuring quality before shipment or installation.

You will work with a team of technicians, follow work instructions, participate in training, and contribute to project objectives.

Qualifications

• Technical education at a minimum of MBO Level 4 or equivalent.
• English language proficiency at least B2.
• Eager to learn and have an affinity for technology.
• Experience in logistics or production is an advantage but not required.
• Flexible and enjoys teamwork; accurate and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment and network setups according to instructions and customer requirements.
• Unpack, prepare, and install technical equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and technical verification activities.
• Identify and report issues during assembly, testing, and installation processes.
• Follow work instructions accurately and process documentation correctly.
• Support installation, configuration and disassembly activities.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical knowledge and skills.
