Job summary

QbD Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Validation Engineer to ensure that critical equipment and systems meet GMP and EMA standards across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices projects. You will own validation activities from IQ/OQ/PQ to documentation and audit readiness.

You bring a BSc in Life Sciences and 2+ years of hands-on validation experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BSc in Life Sciences, Technology, or an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years designing, writing, and executing validation protocols.
• Familiar with GMP, FDA, EMA guidelines and Annex 1.

Responsibilities

• Execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and test method validations.
• Lead CAPA investigations and drive timely corrective actions.
• Maintain change controls and ensure ongoing validation states.
• Collaborate across QA, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
• Support audits and continuously improve validation procedures.
