Job summary

Salland Engineering B.V. in Zwolle is seeking an Application Engineer to design and implement turnkey test solutions for testing ICs on ATE.

You will collaborate with chip designers and product engineers to define test strategies that meet customer requirements and ensure reliable deployments. Based at our Zwolle headquarters with occasional visits to customer sites, you will contribute from concept to validation and release, working in a collaborative team focused on quality and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in embedded electronics is required.
• Affinity with electronics and software is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient results within deadlines.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate test strategies for ATE-based chip testing and document in ETS.
• Collaborate with PCB engineers to create hardware schematics for ATE interfaces.
• Develop turnkey, chip-specific test solutions to run on ATE in production.
• Characterize chips against specifications and report results.
• Validate the entire test solution and report GR&R results.
• Maintain close contact with customers to discuss interim and final results.
• Plan and report project progress to the Project Manager.
• Support colleagues within the engineering team.
