Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking a part-time Turn Down Service team member to prepare guest rooms for the night and maintain public areas. The role may also be offered as full-time (38 hours per week) if desired, with no prior housekeeping experience required and a motivation to learn.

Shift runs 17:30–21:30 with opportunities to join a luxury 5-star hotel team that values guest service and attention to detail. Training provided and benefits discussed during onboarding.

• Must be motivated and willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Close the curtains.
• Turn on the bedside lamps.
• Empty the bins.
• Place water and breakfast card beside the bed.
• Open the bed and arrange linens.
• Fold guest clothes as needed.
• Wipe the bathroom quickly.
• Replace towels as necessary.
• Fill the coffee/tea supplies.
• Place chocolates for guests.
• Occasionally clean beds.

Part time Turn Down Service for students and / or fulltimers

Are you looking for a fun and simple job after school or during the weekend? Then this opportunity is interesting for you!

You will work the turn down shift from 17:30 until 21:30, prepare the rooms of the guests for the night and clean the public areas.

If you have the preference to do this job fulltime, that is also possible! You will work 38 hours per week.

You don’t need any previous experience in housekeeping. All you need is good motivation and the willingness to learn!

These are your responsibilities during the shift:

• Close the curtains
• Turn on the bedside lamps
• Empty the bins
• Put the water and breakfast card next to the bed
• Open the bed
• Fold clothes of the guest
• Quick wipe in the bathroom
• Empty the bins
• Put new towels if necessary
• Fill up the coffee/ tea
• Place chocolates for the guests
• Occasionally clean beds
