Your Role
- Provide professional support to Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
What You Bring
- Turkish language skills at C2 level
- English language skills at B2 level or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability and team spirit in a multicultural environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus

- EU citizenship
- Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card
