Job summary

Vos Logistics is seeking a Truck Driver to start early mornings, loading cement at Heidelberg Materials in IJmuiden and delivering across the Benelux and Ruhr regions. Drive modern tipper trucks with comfort features and flexible rest options.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable communication with on-road and office teams. Requirements include CE license with code 95, willingness for overnight stays, and Dutch language proficiency.

Qualifications

Job description

• Determine your working area, location and working days yourself

As a Truck Driver, you will set out early in the morning to load your truck with cement at the Heidelberg Materials location (formerly ENCI) in Ijmuiden.

You will be driving one of our modern tipper trucks. A familiar sight on the road. Your truck is equipped with all necessary assistance systems, a stand-alone air conditioning unit, and a comfortable interior with a nice sleeping area. Ideal for all your moments of rest on the road or to spend the night, should the need arise.

Your work area is the Benelux and the Ruhr region, but your customers are mainly located in the Netherlands. From the Heidelberg Materials location, you drive directly to them to unload the cement. Various agreements apply to all plants and loading/unloading addresses, and there are specific work/unloading instructions. We ensure that you are fully aware of what the customer expects from us. This way, you can perform your work well and safely. The physical activities are limited so that you can keep a good eye on the load and your truck.

During your work, you can count on good contact with our customers, but certainly also on a pleasant cooperation with colleagues on the road and in the office. The working atmosphere is pleasant at Vos Logistics; we interact with each other openly, informally, and professionally. The lines of communication are short.

• You have some work experience as a Truck Driver;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language;
• You have no problem with overnight stays;
• You are in possession of VCA or are willing to obtain it in the short term;
• You have a customer-oriented and professional attitude;
• You hold a driving license CE and code 95.
