Job summary

Stichd is seeking a Treasury Specialist based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, to monitor bank accounts, prepare weekly payments and reconcile intercompany positions. You will also administer bank setups and drive process improvements to reduce costs, while collaborating with AR, AP and Financial Control teams.

The role requires an MBO+/HBO in Finance or Accounting and several years of international experience, with SAP experience preferred and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO degree in Finance or Accounting and several years of experience in a similar position.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international organization.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• English proficiency at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions on the suspense accounts are cleared in a timely manner.
• Prepare the weekly payments to suppliers and the monthly salary payments; ensure payments are approved and sent to the bank in a timely manner.
• Execute the monthly netting of intercompany positions.
• Reconcile Inter Company positions between STICHD entities and with PUMA entities.
• Administer setup and operation of bank environments; build relations with Treasury and the bank.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial Control teams.
• Perform month-end close activities related to banks, suspense accounts and cashpool.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations for banks, suspense accounts and intercompany positions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
