Job summary

Würth Finance International B.V. in ’s-Hertogenbosch is seeking a Treasury Controller to strengthen the bridge between Treasury, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance and Management. You will monitor financial risks, support decision-making through reporting, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

You will drive day-to-day operations, reporting for the Board, and contribute to audits and policy development in a global treasury function with cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Treasury, Treasury Management, Risk Management, Financial Controlling or Banking.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CFA program is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, financial markets, and risk management principles (valuation of FX, interest rate, and commodity derivatives and hedge accounting).
• Strong IT affinity; knowledge of Kyriba and SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills (B2 level) are required, basic knowledge of German and willingness to learn/improve up to B2 level.
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis to foster cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Würth Finance International B.V. is the Treasury Center and in-house bank of the globally operating Würth Group and plays a key role in safeguarding its financial stability. From our office in ’s-Hertogenbosch, we support more than 400 Group companies in the areas of financing, payment transactions, risk management and reporting. For our Accounting & Controlling team we are looking to expand our team with a Treasury Controller.

Your role

As a Treasury Controller, you will act as an important link between Treasury, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance, and Management. You will monitor financial risks, support decision-making through meaningful reporting, and ensure compliance with internal regulations and external regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include
