Job summary

Jobster, an international logistics service provider based in Tilburg, is seeking a Transport Planner to ensure orders and transport schedules run smoothly. You’ll coordinate with carriers, warehouse teams and external partners to keep logistics moving and resolve incidents quickly.

You’ll plan schedules, process orders in the system, track costs and generate weekly and monthly reports. A MBO-4 in logistics, fluent English, and a proactive mindset are required.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 diploma, preferably in logistics.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with administrative tasks and stress management.
• Accurate, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Plan: transport schedules in coordination with carriers and book shipments efficiently;
• Process: customer orders and follow up on them in the system to ensure accuracy;
• Communicate: with the warehouse about inventory management and external parties like suppliers and carriers;
• Track: transport costs and prepare weekly and monthly reports to maintain transparency;
• Resolve: ad-hoc issues and contribute to optimizing logistics operations for better efficiency.
