Additive Industries in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks a Transport & Logistics Specialist to ensure on-time door-to-door supply of machines and components. You will schedule and coordinate shipments regionally and globally, collaborating with warehouse, operations, purchasing, sales, marketing and service teams to meet customer expectations.

• International trade training eg Evofenedex or similar.
• Export documents training eg Evofenedex or similar.
• Customs training eg Evofenedex or similar.

• Review and recommend improvements to current product distribution parameters.
• Propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining efficiencies.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer service.
• Provide assistance to supply chain, warehouse, sales, marketing and R&D teams when needed.
• Stay up to date with changes in import/export rules & regulations and transport restrictions.

In this role as Transport & Logistics Specialist, you are the point of contact for several stakeholders, ensuring on on time door-to-door supplies.

Job mission

Assure on time door-to-door supply of machines and components.

Schedule and organize shipments from and to customers, trade shows, intercompany and suppliers. Shipments range from small parcels to machinery, regional and global, adhering to ruling regulations and directives.
