Bonapi is seeking a Training Planner/Coordinator in Spijkenisse, Netherlands to oversee the operational planning of training programmes, including coordinating instructors, participants and training resources. The role ensures the entire training process runs smoothly, from registration to exam completion, with a focus on scheduling efficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Planning courses, training sessions and exams.
• Creating and updating instructor schedules.
• Coordinating availability of training rooms, equipment and other resources.
• Communicating with participants, clients and instructors.
• Responding to schedule changes and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Keeping data up to date in Bonapi systems.
• Coordinating the entire process from participant registration through course and exam completion.
• Optimizing the use of available dates, instructors and rooms.
