Job summary

Sonoco is offering a 6-month Trainee Treasury Analyst internship in Amsterdam. You will join the EMEA/APAC Treasury team and gain hands-on experience in cash management, banking relationships, and reporting within a global setting.

You are a Finance student with strong Excel skills and an interest in corporate treasury, markets, and compliance. Mentorship and exposure to Kyriba are part of the programme.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cash positioning and reconciliation.
• Support treasury operations, banking relationships and reporting.
• Contribute to SOX controls and treasury documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across EMEA/APAC.
