Job summary

Jobster zoekt een trainee process operator voor een fulltime positie met doorgroeimogelijkheden in Amstelveen. Je begint in productie en doorloopt het hele proces zodat je later als operator zelfstandig kunt opereren.

Tijdens de training leer je de machines en planning kennen, werk je samen met collega’s en draag je bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productie. Een uitdagende leerweg met goede beloning.

Qualifications

• MBO werk- en denkniveau vereist.
• 1–2 jaar, 2–5 jaar of 5–10 jaar werkervaring.
• Woonachtig binnen 20 km van Amstelveen.
• Bereidheid om fulltime te werken (40 uur).
• Leergierigheid en ontwikkeling binnen productie.

Responsibilities

• Doorlopen productieproces en toezicht houden op installaties en machines.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om planning uit te voeren en productie te waarborgen.
• Zorgdragen voor een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Are you looking for a full-time position with growth opportunities as a trainee process operator? Then this is for you!

Over het werk

As a trainee process operator, you will first start in production. In this role, you will go through the entire production process so you get a clear understanding of all tasks and steps within the factory. It is important that you fully master this role before you can progress to the position of operator. By starting in production, you learn how the processes work in practice and gain insight into the operation of machines, colleagues' working methods, and the different production steps. This experience ensures you will later be better equipped as an operator to handle situations on the shop floor and quickly recognize and solve problems. Once you become a process operator, this foundational knowledge gives you a good overview of the entire process. You will be able to operate and monitor installations and machines, support colleagues where needed, and contribute to an efficient and safe production process.

You start your working day with a walkthrough of the production area and a check of the planning. You discuss the daily tasks with your colleagues and make sure all machines are ready for use. Throughout the day, you switch between different production steps, monitor progress, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You also learn to spot any issues quickly and work together with your team to solve them.
