Job summary

TIP Group is seeking a hands-on Trailer Mechanic in the Netherlands to maintain, diagnose, repair, and service trailers for a reliable fleet. You will perform inspections, address faults, and ensure safety standards in a modern workshop alongside skilled colleagues.

Ideal candidates have MBO-level training and a proven background in automotive or trailer mechanics, with strong technical aptitude and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• MBO-level vocational education or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience as a mechanic in automotive, truck, trailer, agricultural, or similar industries.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills in either Dutch or English.
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical faults.
• Conducting safety and technical inspections.
• Preparing trailers for operational use.
• Working closely with fellow technicians in a professional workshop environment.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
