As the Manager Compliance EMEA, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our EMEA region remains compliant with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and relevant trade laws. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams within the region and the global compliance team to execute and uphold Group compliance processes and governance. Your role will involve overseeing, coordinating, and executing Navico Group EMEA’s compliance processes and governance.
The hiring range for this position is €83,500-124,000 annually (payable in monthly instalments). The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with company policies, and a range of competitive benefits.
