Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, seeks a skilled tool and die technician with 2+ years of verifiable experience. You will read blueprints, set up machines, and repair dies to ensure parts meet exacting specifications.
Responsibilities include selecting materials, programming machines, measuring with calipers and micrometers, and verifying tolerances while adhering to safety standards.

Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs dies, die components, and tooling used in the production process. Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, and sets up and operations machine tools to make and repair dies.
This will be a Y Shift / 6AM-6PM F-SU position located at our Plant in Holland, MI.
