For an innovative company in Boxmeer, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Master Scheduler who wants to play an important role within the Supply Chain department. In this position, you will ensure that production capacity is optimally planned and utilized so customer orders are delivered efficiently and on time. You will be at the heart of the order fulfillment process and work closely with departments such as Demand Planning, Operations, and Sales. What will you do?

• Monitor planned versus available production capacity and report on the impact on inventory, costs, and production output;
• Estimate required production hours and lead times for confirmed orders;
• Support quotation and capacity-related processes;
• Prepare and implement flexibility options within the Supply Chain according to the SORP process;
• Work daily with Demand Planners to prioritize order processing and ensure on-time delivery;
• Develop and manage planning bills and contribute to supply-demand strategies;
• Analyze and implement demand time fences within the Master Production Schedule (MPS);
• Monitor the quality and availability of RCCP data and forecasts;
• Contribute to new working methods and planning process improvements;
• Support the monthly Sales, Operations & Resources Planning cycle.

Wat breng je mee?

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or DAX;
• Knowledge of APS or PLM is a plus;
