Job summary

Logistic Force Utrecht zoekt een Terminal Tractor Driver voor het rangeren van trailers op diverse locaties. Je werkt mee aan een efficiënte belading en lossing, en kunt doorgroeien naar een truckchauffeur-rol.

De functie vereist een Kategorie C- of T-rijbewijs en ervaring met rangeren is een plus. Een flexibele houding en Engelse/Nederlandse beheersing zijn gewenst. Salaris conform TLN CAO en een internaire positie.

Qualifications

• Vereiste: beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels.
• Geen minimale opleidingsvereiste.

Responsibilities

• Rangeren en positie van trailers bij loading docks.
• Plannen welke voertuigen als eerste verwerkt worden op basis van laadlijsten.
• Ondersteunen bij laden/lossen als nodig.
• Zorgen voor een vlotte, efficiënte operatie in het magazijn.

Do you hold a Category T or C driving license and have relevant work experience? Are you looking for a new job opportunity? Then we have an excellent position for you as a Terminal Tractor Driver (also known as a Rangerder).

WAT GA JE DOEN?

In this role, you will gain valuable driving experience on short trips between different locations of our client, operating heavy equipment without the need for a full truck driving license. Perfect if you want to build experience on the road! And if your ambition is to become a truck driver in the future, there are definitely opportunities to grow into that role.

As a shunter, you will position trailers at the correct loading docks so your warehouse colleagues can efficiently load and unload them. Based on loading lists and shift handovers, you will plan which vehicles need to be processed first. Together with the loading team, you ensure smooth operations and an efficient workflow. Even though you operate powerful machinery, only a Category C or T driving license is required.

You will have full autonomy to organize your work efficiently and optimize your shift. When shunting is not required, you are also willing to support loading and unloading activities.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

• Flexible attitude; willing to assist with loading/unloading when needed
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts: 10:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 04:00
• Experience in shunting is a plus
• Own accomodation and transport

WAT HAAL JIJ ERUIT?

You will receive a salary in accordance with the TLN collective labour agreement (CAO). For this position, the hourly wage ranges between €15.63 and €19.01, depending on your experience.

If you work in shifts and/or night shifts, you will receive a generous shift allowance of 11,25% for every hour worked. In addition, you are entitled to travel expense reimbursement, paid holidays and public holidays, holiday allowance, and participation in the StiPP pension scheme.
