Job summary

Jobster is seeking an experienced Tendermanager Bouw to orchestrate the entire tender process for complex construction projects. You will collaborate with calculaters, project managers, engineers and senior management to craft competitive offers and ensure all aspects, from technical details to pricing, are accurate.

The role emphasizes managing deadlines, client interactions, and continuous improvement of tender procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years' experience in tender management within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to assess risks and opportunities in tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the full tender process from request to award.
• Prepare persuasive and competitive bids for complex construction projects.
• Analyse specifications, contract terms and risks; align with internal disciplines.
