Our team provides diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of reproductive conditions in mares and stallions. We offer a broad range of assisted reproductive technologies as clinical services, including embryo transfer and ovum pick-up (OPU).

Your veterinary degree must be recognized by EU (European Union)-recognized institution.

You are registered in the Dutch Register of Veterinary Medical Practitioners (Diergeneeskunderegister) and are legally authorized to practice veterinary medicine in the Netherlands. If you obtained your veterinary degree abroad, you must complete the applicable recognition and registration procedure.

The gross salary - depending on previous qualifications and experience - ranges between € 3.706,- and € 6.682,- (scale 10/11 of the Collective Labour Agreement of the Dutch Universities) per month for full-time employment. Salaries are supplemented with a holiday bonus of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% per year.
In addition to the terms of employment set out in our collective labour agreement, we offer attractive additional benefits, including opportunities for personal and professional growth, flexible leave arrangements, and extra vacation days. Approximately two-thirds of the veterinarians are specialists in various disciplines; the remaining one-third consists of interns, residents and PhD students. Together we are responsible for the education of veterinary students, provision of clinical services to horses and companion animals, and both clinical and more fundamental research in the areas of regenerative medicine, locomotion, genetics and reproduction.
