Job summary

Cryoport Systems is hiring a Logistics Center Technician to support our Hoofddorp operations. This hands-on role focuses on handling temperature-controlled shippers, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring accurate inventory while adhering to SOPs.

The position involves two fixed shifts and potential back-up driving with a valid Class B license. Strong organizational, communication, and English skills are required, along with basic PC proficiency and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• HAVO or VWO level education.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer tools (Chrome/Edge, Microsoft Office).
• Experience in warehouse operations (pick/pack, inventory control) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, Lean Six Sigma, or Kanban is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, clean, and test temperature-controlled shippers.
• Process shipments using Cryoportal 2.0 in line with SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Operate mechanical equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support logistics operations.
• Participate in audits and facility presentations when needed.
