Job summary

Accenture zoekt een Technology Consultant voor de Resources Industry in Nederland. Je combineert technologische expertise met sectorinzichten om klanten te transformeren en innovatieve oplossingen te implementeren.

Je werkt samen met multidisciplinaire teams, leidt projecten en past Agile/SAFe/DevOps-methodologieën toe. Ervaring met digitale transformatie en sterke communicatie zijn gewenst, met ruimte voor training en netwerkopbouw.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a beta field, business processes, or an IT/sustainability related program.
• Experience in roles such as Industry Consultant, Business Analyst, IT Architect, Delivery Lead/Scrum Master or Application Outsourcing Lead.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Proven IT implementation project experience in the Dutch Resources Industry (Energy, Utilities, Chemistry, Natural Resources).

Functie In deze functie combineer je naadloos je technologische en ICT vaardigheden met je inzichten in de Resources industrie, werkend aan de strategische doelen van onze klanten. Als onderdeel ons team werk je direct samen met klanten en met je Accenture collega’s. Je rol omvat het ontwikkelen van innovatieve oplossingen en het implementeren van technologische best practices. Je selectie getuigt van je expertise in je gekozen vakgebied: of het nu gaat om industriekennis, delivery ervaring of technologische vaardigheden. Je speelt een centrale rol in projecten, waar je een team leidt of coördineert dat gebruik maakt van geavanceerde methodologieën zoals Agile, SAFe en DevOps.

Wat we van je vragen

• Een Master diploma: dit kan een bèta-studie zijn, een studie gericht op bedrijfsprocessen of een studie met een IT- of sustainability component.
• Ervaring in rollen zoals Industry Consultant, Business Analyst, IT Architect, Delivery Lead/Scrum Master en/of Application Outsourcing Lead..
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met IT implementatieprojecten binnen de Nederlandse Resources Industrie (Energy, Nutsbedrijven, Chemie en Natural Resources).
• Je bent leergierig en bereid nieuwe technologieën te adopteren.
• Uitstekende communicatie- en sterke analytische vaardigheden.
• Een pré als je ervaring hebt met methodologieën, zoals SAFe en DevOps, digitale technologie en Design Thinking processen.
