Job summary

Bryntell is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead on-site execution of innovative mobile energy systems. You will own projects from inception to delivery, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and on-time completion while coordinating with customers, suppliers and partners.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, 5+ years of relevant experience, and fluent Dutch and English communication. A proactive, autonomous mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor or MSc in electrical engineering or similar
• :Minimum 5 years of experience in production and installation of energy generation systems
• :Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• :Experience reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
• :Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
• :Experience selecting and procuring technical components
• :Experience coordinating installation of complex energy systems
• :Strong project management skills
• :Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• :Good communication in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Lead projects on site from preparation to handover
• Ensure quality, planning and budget are met
• Create and adjust project schedules and budgets
• Identify project risks and take mitigations
• Coordinate internal and external project teams
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and installation partners
• Contribute technically to projects and suggest improvements
• Prepare progress reports for management
• Oversee execution, commissioning and handover of Bryntell energy systems
• Act as single point of contact for customers throughout the project cycle
