Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Technisch Gebouwbeheerder to manage technical operations, maintenance and long-term planning for buildings and facilities on site. You will work closely with Engineering and Facility Operations to ensure safe, reliable, and future-ready environments.

The role emphasizes end-to-end responsibility for building conditions, compliance, and continuous improvement, including managing external contractors and maintaining CMMS/SAP PM records.

Qualifications

• Required technical qualification at least MBO 4 or higher, preferably in building engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, renovations, and building systems in industrial/technical settings.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CMMS or SAP PM maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of applicable building, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be visibly present on site; identify technical and structural points and act proactively.
• Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and site installations.
• Prioritize actions and initiate tasks focused on safety, quality, continuity and cost control.
• Plan, coordinate and execute smaller maintenance and improvement projects with Engineering and stakeholders.
• Lead external contractors and ensure safe, timely, and quality work.
• Prepare maintenance budgets, MEAs, and investment proposals to support maintenance planning.
• Translate daily findings into multi-year maintenance and replacement plans.
• Provide technical support to Facility Operators within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure correct registration of inspections and maintenance in CMMS/SAP PM.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up of findings.
• Continuously contribute to improving reliability, safety and efficiency of buildings and facilities.
