Job summary

bunq is hiring a Technical Website Intern to strengthen the shared component library behind bunq.com. You will clean up deprecated components and merge patterns into single typed components without changing visuals.

You’ll work on Core Web Vitals for key conversion pages, write tests with Vitest and Playwright, and learn React, Framer controls, atomic design, and design tokens in a real-world fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Basics of automated testing and keen to learn Vitest and Playwright.
• Some knowledge of React and eager to learn it properly, along with atomic design and design tokens.
• You use AI for coding and testing and can critically review results before shipping.

Write the missing tests with Vitest and Playwright, and keep our quality gates green

Use AI to move faster, and review what it produces critically before it ships

Learn our stack the right way: React, Framer property controls, atomic design, and design tokens

This challenge is perfect for you if

You have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript

You understand the basics of automated testing and you're keen to learn Vitest and Playwright

You use AI for coding and testing, and you have the judgment to catch when its output is wrong

You know the basics of React and you're eager to learn it properly, along with atomic design and design tokens
