Job summary

The Technisch Manager HVAC at AL-KO Nederland, part of Trane Technologies, leads a team of project engineers and ensures smooth coordination from order to delivery for HVAC projects. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, the factory in Germany, account managers, the back office and the service team.

We seek a hands-on engineering leader with a relevant degree, strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Technisch Manager HVAC - AL-KO Nederland

Ben jij technisch onderlegd, werk je nauwkeurig en krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de coördinatie van projecten en orders? Dan is de functie van Technisch Manager HVAC bij AL-KO Nederland iets voor jou.

Functieomschrijving

Je geeft leiding aan een team van ervaren Project Engineers en zorgt er samen voor dat projecten van opdracht tot oplevering soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Met jouw technische inzicht, organisatietalent en klantgerichte aanpak stuur je op een strakke voorbereiding, goede coördinatie en heldere communicatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met klanten, leveranciers, de fabriek in Duitsland, accountmanagers, de binnendienst en het serviceteam.

AL-KO Luchttechniek B.V., onderdeel van Trane Technologies, is in Nederland specialist op het gebied van professionele lucht- en klimaatbehandeling binnen de utiliteit, zorg en industrie. Wij leveren doordachte, betrouwbare en efficiënte maatwerkoplossingen voor nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten.

Onze luchtbehandelingsoplossingen worden geproduceerd door AL-KO THERM GmbH in Jettingen-Scheppach, Duitsland. Vanuit onze vestiging in Roden werken we met een betrokken en deskundig team aan klantgerichte technische oplossingen.

De cultuur binnen AL-KO Luchttechniek B.V. is open en informeel. We werken met korte lijnen, helpen elkaar waar nodig en zetten samen de schouders onder uitdagende projecten.

Functie Eisen

Wij zoeken een persoon die zich prettig voelt in een dynamische werkomgeving, overzicht houdt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Verder heb jij:

• Een afgeronde opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, installatietechniek of elektrotechniek;
• Ervaring als leidingevende of de ambitie om jezelf hierin te ontwikkelen;
• Kennis van luchtbehandelingskasten;
• Kennis van elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek;
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands;
• Een klantgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding;
• Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office.
