Job summary

TMC is seeking a Technical Manager responsible for the technical execution of complex wet infrastructure projects, combining mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation disciplines. You ensure solutions meet objectives and are practical, manageable, and future-proof.

You guide the technical process from design to realization, lead multidisciplinary teams, act as the technical contact for clients, and draft safety and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and overseeing the technical trajectory from design to realization.
• Translating functional requirements and project objectives into feasible and well-thought-out technical solutions.
• Leading and connecting multidisciplinary teams consisting of mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation specialists.
• Acting as the technical point of contact for clients and internal project teams.
• Drafting technical quality and safety documentation, including plans for technical management and design safety.
• Monitoring progress, quality, and costs during the engineering and design process.
• Reviewing technical designs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Providing advice on technical procurement issues and boundary conditions.
• Involving execution and production at an early stage to assess feasibility, risks, and optimizations.
