Job summary

NCIA The Hague seeks a skilled contractor to deliver private cloud/infrastructure services under NATO SECRET clearance. The role covers sprint planning, execution, review, and reporting within a formal SoW, with at least 50% on-site work in The Hague.

The contractor will coordinate with NCIA project management, security teams, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant delivery and continuous improvement across sprints and reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: NATO SECRET.
• Experience with private cloud or data centre environments.
• Ability to coordinate across security, infrastructure and application teams.
• Adheres to Security by Design and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly sprint objectives with NCIA POC and validate with milestones.
• Lead weekly status meetings, in-office or via NCIA electronic means.
• Establish continuous improvement feedback loop and implement changes after approval.
• Prepare and submit sprint reports and Delivery Acceptance Sheets as required.
• Coordinate with project management and security teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
