Job summary

Salento in Alkmaar is seeking a Tech Lead .NET for a hybrid role to lead and coach the team, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks and promoting Agile practices. You will also contribute hands-on coding.

The ideal candidate has strong C# / ASP.NET expertise, SQL Server with Entity Framework, and a senior full-stack background with Domain-Driven Design and CQRS patterns. You’ll shape high-quality features in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical background in C# / ASP.NET.

As a Tech Lead, you lead and coach the team on the software development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality, managing risks, and fostering an agile culture of continuous improvement. Plus you will manage external stakeholders The team is experienced and has developed high-quality functionalities in a dynamic environment. Next to this, you still love to code yourself.
