Job summary

Salento is seeking a Tech Lead .NET to steer a SaaS product team in Alkmaar. You will guide architecture, drive delivery, and keep quality high while still contributing code. The role blends leadership with hands-on development in a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates combine strong C# / ASP.NET skills with SQL Server, EF, and experience as a full-stack developer using DDD/CQRS. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage risk, and help grow an agile, results-driven culture.

Role: Tech Lead .NET

As a Tech Lead, you lead and coach the team on the software development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality, managing risks, and fostering an agile culture of continuous improvement. Plus you will manage external stakeholders The team is experienced and has developed high-quality functionalities in a dynamic environment. Next to this, you still love to code yourself.
