Job summary

Limina Hacking Company is seeking a Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) to bridge strategy and technology across client environments. You will translate security objectives into practical measures and advise on governance, risk, and technical controls.

You will collaborate with CISOs, IT Managers, and security engineers, delivering hands-on risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security design aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum five years in cybersecurity or information security.
• Experience as TISO, Security Consultant, Security Engineer or Security Architect.
• Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support risk assessments in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities with technical teams and advise mitigations.
• Conduct security reviews and design reviews.
• Assess cloud architectures and new IT solutions against best practices.
• Implement Zero Trust, IAM, and technical security controls.
• Translate security policies into technical standards and controls.
• Support ISO 27001, NEN 7510, BIO, and audit initiatives.
• Assist with security incident response and post-incident analyses.
• Collaborate with SOC, Red Team, and Blue Team.
• Bridge the CISO function, governance and technical implementation.
