Job summary

Orisha is seeking a Technical WMS Consultant to accelerate logistics integration and lead technical deployment of Core WMS across Europe. You will translate complex client needs into solid, standardized configurations and collaborate closely with the implementation team lead.

You bring at least 3 years in WMS implementation/consulting, strong SQL skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude. Dutch and English fluency are essential for documentation and client interaction.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO level in IT or technical field with logistics background.
• 3+ years in WMS implementation, integration, or consulting.
• Experience in supply chain or 3PL is a plus.
• Strong mastery of SQL and scripting, APIs, or low-code configuration.
• Experience with EDI or ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Exact Globe).
• Excellent Dutch and English written/spoken communication.

Accelerate our clients' logistics integration and drive the technical deployment of our Core WMS on a European scale !

Join our Core-Suite team, where short lines of communication, entrepreneurship, and collaboration are central. As a Technical WMS Consultant, you will work in close collaboration with the implementation team lead to translate our clients' complex business needs into solid, standardized, and high-performing configurations.

Your missions :

1. Configure and customize the platform : adapt and configure our WMS platform ("WarpSpeed" / Core WMS) to meet our clients' specific workflows and operational requirements.

2. Translate and analyze needs : analyze functional client requirements and translate them into clear, solid technical specifications.

3. Collaborate with project teams : work hand-in-hand with implementation project managers, software engineers, and end clients to ensure deployment success and smooth handoffs.

4. Organize and standardize configurations : structure, document, and continuously improve our configuration standards, deployment templates, and technical documentation in English or Dutch.

5. Ensure Go-live and post-implementation support : support operational launches, deliver user training, and help resolve complex technical incidents during and after implementation.

Who are you ?

• You have an HBO/WO working and thinking level with an IT / technical profile and a solid background in logistics.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the implementation, integration, or functional and technical consulting of WMS (Warehouse Management System) solutions.

• A background in a supply chain or 3PL environment is a highly appreciated asset.

• You must have a strong mastery of SQL (solid foundations are mandatory for this role) and a strong appetite for scripting, APIs, or "low-code" configuration.

• Experience with EDI or ERP integrations (such as SAP, Exact Globe) is a plus.

• You demonstrate a structured, analytical mind and a pragmatic, proactive, "hands-on" attitude. Your previous consulting experience allows you to interact with ease with end clients and manage complex configurations from end to end.

• You have an excellent command of both Dutch (main working language with local clients) and English (fluent written and spoken, essential for technical documentation and group exchanges).
