As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the High-Value Customer Account, the qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a long-term relationship with a specific, high-value customer and acting as the main point of contact for all technical and operational issues related to that customer. They will work closely with the customer to understand their unique requirements and provide solutions and recommendations that will help them protect their sensitive data and critical assets.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for the specific, high-value customer, managing all technical and operational issues related to secure remote connectivity
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the customer
  • Understand the customer's specific requirements and provide solutions and recommendations that will help them protect their sensitive data and critical assets
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and value propositions for the account
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and issues are resolved promptly
  • Act as an advocate for the customer within the company
  • Ownership of tracking escalations through root cause analysis and communicating findings and containment measures to the customer
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the customer account status and activity
  • Present technical KPI reports and communicate development requests and release status
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in secure remote connectivity
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong technical background with
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support ticketing systems
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Root Cause Analysis experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in secure remote connectivity and related technologies a plus
  • Familiarity with security best practices and technologies such as encryption and VPNs
  • Experience working with high-value customer accounts is a plus
Pay Range

EUR €70,000.00 - EUR €90,000.00 /Yr.
