Job summary
Rabobank hires a Tech Lead Tech4Dev to shape and deliver engineering capabilities that support the full software lifecycle—from planning to deployment and compliance. Qualifications
- 5–10+ years experience in complex IT environments.
- Experience with DevOps, Agile and large-scale engineering environments.
- Strong leadership across people, process and technology.
- Affinity with software development and platform engineering.
- Understanding of risk, security and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
