Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven is looking for a Teamleader to guide a warehouse team on the shop floor, boost performance and foster a positive, safe working environment.

You will monitor processes, coach colleagues, manage scheduling and participate in development conversations while reporting to the Shift Manager. Fluent English and at least one year of leadership experience in logistics are required.

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

• A full-time position (40 hours) in shifts (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00)
• Salary in CAO scale 8: between €3,100 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth opportunities up to €4,580, depending on experience
