Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands seeks a Solution Architect specialist in Teamcenter to translate customer requirements into scalable PLM solutions. You will lead design, planning, customization, migration, testing, and deployment across diverse industrial environments, integrating Teamcenter with CAD and ERP systems.

You will coordinate international teams and guide digital transformation initiatives, contributing to long-term career development in a collaborative, technically-excellent environment.

Qualifications

• Education in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLM/PDM processes and methods.
• Extensive Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and customization experience.
• Experience with Teamcenter modules (Structure, Change, Dispatcher, Scheduler).
• Server- and client-side customization experience (BMIDE/ITK, AW/RAC).
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD and ERP systems.
• Project delivery experience; agile familiarity preferred.
• Excellent intercultural communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate into PLM solution concepts.
• Design and present scalable Teamcenter architectures and approaches.
• Advise on implementation strategies and process improvements.
• Plan and estimate Teamcenter deployments and customizations.
• Lead or contribute to solution design, configuration, migration, and testing.
• Coordinate international, cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure integration with CAD and ERP systems for data exchange.
• Apply agile or traditional project management methodologies.
• Resolve complex technical challenges within Teamcenter.
