Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our TK Maxx Den Bosch store. Join a dynamic retail team and help guide a group of associates in a fast-changing store environment.

You will lead by example, empower diverse colleagues, and adapt to variable hours across Monday to Sunday to deliver outstanding customer treasure-hunt experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a diverse retail team.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Comfort with shift patterns including weekends.
