Job summary

DMA-DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. and affiliates seeks a Lead Consultant, Tax Technology to own end-to-end tax technology implementations. You will analyze client environments, design scalable automation solutions, and lead delivery across tax engines and ERP integrations.

You will mentor teams, produce technical docs, and help grow the Tax Technology practice through excellent solutions and client focus. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4-7 years delivering tax technology implementations.
• Strong ERP integration experience.
• Proven ability to design non-standard integrations and data mappings.
• Understanding of SUT/VAT/GST and freight impacts on tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of tax technology solutions.
• Analyze client tax landscapes and architect solution designs.
• Own all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Review ERP and tax engine configurations for improvements.
• Configure integrations with ERP, billing, POS, and eCommerce systems.
• Serve as primary delivery and technical contact for engagements.
• Lead project management activities and maintain timelines.
• Produce solution designs, configuration docs, and training materials.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and provide technical guidance.
• Support practice development and cross-team initiatives.
