Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel is seeking an ambitious student for a 6-month internship to help build the tax department of the future, starting February 2027.

You will support transfer pricing documentation, financial modelling, and tax compliance, while exploring how software automation can make the processes faster, more accurate, and future-proof.

Enrolment in a Dutch education system (Bachelor/Master or HBO) is required, with strong English and an interest in finance and international tax.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity with finance, international tax, transfer pricing, financial modelling, or data-driven analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; openness to learning automation tools.
• Analytical mindset and ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a helpful advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the update and maintenance of Vanderlande's global Transfer Pricing documentation and functional analyses.
• Prepare global Master File documentation, incorporating value chain models, industry analyses, and corporate restructuring events.
• Conduct detailed profitability analyses of global legal entities to explain financial variances against target outcomes.
• Investigate software automation opportunities within existing tooling to increase documentation efficiency and data quality.
• Deliver clear financial reports, documentation updates, and practical recommendations to the Group Tax team.
