Auwerda & Co. in The Hague is seeking a Tax Associate (Graduate) to start a career in tax advisory. You will join a boutique firm advising diplomats, expats, and international civil servants, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You will assist with personal income tax returns, answer client queries, and learn to analyse tax situations to provide practical guidance. The role emphasizes international cross-border tax matters and professional development.

Formación

• Completed or about to complete a university degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, or related fiscal discipline.
• Previous experience as a working student, intern, or junior tax professional welcome but not required.

Are you looking to start your career in tax advisory work with a client base that is anything but ordinary? At Auwerda & Co, we advise diplomats, employees of international organizations, expats, and other internationally mobile individuals on a wide range of tax matters. This means you'll be working in a unique international environment where no two cases are the same and where you'll develop your skills quickly.

For our office in The Hague, we are looking for a Tax Associate (Graduate) who is eager to grow into an excellent tax advisor.

What will you do?

From day one, you will be an active member of our tax team and work closely with experienced advisors. You will assist with preparing personal income tax returns, help answer clients' tax questions, and learn how to analyse complex tax situations and translate them into practical advice.

Because many of our clients have an international background, you will be exposed to a wide variety of cross-border tax issues related to residence, employment, investments, and wealth planning. As a result, every day brings something new.

Who are we looking for?

You have completed, or are about to complete, a university degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, or a related fiscal discipline.Previous experience as a working student, intern, or junior tax professional is welcome, but certainly not required.

More importantly, you are:
