QuantWare in Delft is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our engineering and operations teams. You’ll own 8-10 roles end-to-end, partnering with our Talent team and Hiring Managers to move candidates quickly and smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/Psychology/Engineering.
• Comfortable with engineering vocabulary and deep-tech profiles.
• Crips, concise outreach and strong written communication.
• Calm under time pressure and highly organized.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for assigned roles with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews across teams and manage candidate logistics.
• Maintain a positive candidate and stakeholder experience at every step.
• Create and improve scalable recruitment procedures and keep ATS current.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in scaling QuantWare's engineering and operations teams. You'll own 8-10 roles end-to-end, partnering closely with our Talent team and Hiring Managers to move candidates through the process fast and smoothly. You'll be the keeper of our pipeline, using our ATS and LinkedIn to connect, schedule, and close hires across tech and non-tech teams.

What you will be doing

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for your assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers to define job specifications, design interview processes, and handle all the logistics, from initial screening to making the offer.

• Coordinate interviews across teams, scheduling, preparing interviewers, managing candidate availability, and making sure everyone stays up to date with the timeline and process.

• Prioritise a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, keeping everyone informed at every step to ensure a smooth, professional journey.

• Create and improve scalable recruitment procedures and best practices. Keep our ATS up to date with accurate information to monitor the hiring pipeline, spot any bottlenecks, and help us hire efficiently.

• Proactively investigate and resolve any challenges in the recruitment process. If issues with capacity or procedure arise, flag them to leadership so we can keep hiring on track.

• Help build our employer brand by joining in on recruitment events and engaging with the industry.

Your Profile

• 2+ years recruiting in a startup/scale‑up.

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience; HR/Business/Psychology/Engineering

• Comfortable with engineering vocab and reading deep‑tech profiles.

• Crisp written communication; friendly, concise outreach.

• Calm under time pressure; proactive and organised.

• Excellent English communication.
