Job summary

TMC in Heerlen is looking for a System Test Engineer to work on-site with challenging projects across High-Tech, Healthcare or Automotive sectors. You will specify, design, implement and execute tests in a multi-disciplinary environment, contributing to client teams on various engineering programs.

You will bring ISTQB friendly credentials, hands-on testing experience with C++ and Python, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive quality in Agile/SCRUM settings.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Embedded Systems, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software or system validation and verification.
• ISTQB Foundation certificate; Advanced/Technical Test Analyst preferred.
• Experience in testing specification and execution, incl. automated testing in embedded/high-tech environments.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
• Experience in both functional and technical testing.
• Programming/scripting/automation in C++ and Python.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Specify, design, implement and execute tests in multi-disciplinary projects at client sites.
• Contribute to specialized teams on embedded/high-tech products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements and testing scopes.
• Support integration and system validation activities.
