Job summary

ING Nederland is offering an internship within the Sustainability team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on organising and improving the Sustainability Obeya, monitoring progress toward targets, and supporting the employee engagement expert with training programmes and events.

You will work two days per week in the office and have flexibility to work from home on other days, gaining insight into how sustainability is managed in a large bank and how decisions are made using KPIs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• You are accurate and work in a structured manner.
• You are good at planning and organising.
• You enjoy working with qualitative and quantitative data, dashboards and progress reports.
• You take ownership and maintain an overview of multiple activities simultaneously.
• You work independently but actively seek collaboration.
• You have strong communication skills and raise issues for discussion.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and coordinating Sustainability Obeya sessions.
• Bringing teams together and ensuring that the right information is available in good time.
• Monitoring progress, action points and decision-making.
• Working with sustainability data, dashboards, one-pagers, portfolios and KPIs.
• Assisting with the analysis of figures, progress reports and trends.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives that make sustainability visible, relevant and tangible for staff.
• Writing posts for our internal channels and online community.
• Organising various events for staff on the topic of sustainability.
