Job summary

Eosta in Waddinxveen is offering a Marketing, Communications & Sustainability internship for 5 to 6 months starting Jan/Feb 2027. You will contribute to real campaigns for organic fruit and vegetables and gain hands-on experience beyond coffee-making.

Requirements include studying Communications, Marketing, or related fields, fluency in English and Dutch, and an affinity for sustainability. German is welcome; you’ll work in a collaborative team with real responsibilities.

Qualifications

• You are hands-on, proactive and like to get things done.
• Studying Communications, Creative Business, Marketing or Agri & Food Business.
• Affinity with organic agriculture, fair trade and sustainability.
• Comfortable with social media and online communication.
• Good command of English and Dutch; German is a strong plus.
• Enjoy working in a team but can also work independently and proactively.
• Strong in planning and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing and further developing our websites, including grower profiles, news articles and campaign pages.
• Supporting our regular customer newsletter.
• Analysing newsletter, social media and website performance.
• Contributing to the planning and management of our social media channels.
• Developing and updating sales materials.
• Creating and sharing product photography and video.
• Supporting the organisation of events and trade fairs.
• Updating product information and seasonal calendars.
