Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department and own critical 0-to-1 initiatives in Sustainability. You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps, drive rapid implementation from prototype to production, and architect scalable solutions to position the department for growth and potential spin-offs.

You will report to the department founder and work with an elite team of engineers and researchers.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
