Job summary

Nexio Projects is seeking two Sustainability Interns to support consultants in delivering sustainability finance and reporting work for clients, with hands-on experience in CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S2 reporting. You will build Excel models, quantify climate risks, and contribute to client projects while developing a defined internship mission.

Ideal candidates are final-stage or recent Master’s students in quantitative fields with strong Excel skills and a passion for sustainability finance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics, econometrics or related quantitative field.
• At least six months of relevant internship or research experience.
• Strong quantitative data analysis skills with Excel modelling.
• Experience with Python, R, or Power BI is a meaningful plus.
• Understanding of CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S2 reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG assessments and CSRD/ESRS readiness checks.
• Build quantitative emissions models for Scope 1–3 inventories.
• Quantify climate risks in financial terms for clients.
• Develop Excel-based decarbonisation and financial models.
• Prepare data-ready sustainability disclosures and reports.
• Create client-ready roadmaps and data visualisations.
