Quaker Houghton is seeking an Interim Supply Chain Project Manager/Analyst to support a strategic restructuring project within EMEA operations. The role involves leading supply chain transformation, coordinating project activities, and analyzing data to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Supply Chain, possesses strong analytical skills, and is familiar with ERP systems and data management tools.

This position offers a hybrid working model with a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices is an advantage.

About the Job

We are currently seeking an Interim Supply Chain Project Manager/Analyst to support a strategic restructuring and transformation project within our EMEA operations.

What will you do?

• Lead and drive supply chain restructuring and transformation projects across EMEA
• Structure and coordinate project activities to support delivery against timelines and objectives
• Analyse supply chain and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making
• Translate insights into actionable plans and support implementation across sites
• Facilitate change management activities, helping stakeholders navigate transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including site management, planning, and operations) to deliver project milestones
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and optimize performance
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across a diverse and international stakeholder network

What are we looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets
• Experience with ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and data management tools
• Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement practices (Lean Six Sigma is valued)
• Experience within manufacturing environments (such as production, engineering, or chemical sectors)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders across functions and geographies
• A proactive and structured approach, with a focus on delivering results

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field

Languages

English at a professional level is required.

Location

Based in or able to commute to the Uithoorn area, with willingness to travel to other sites in Europe.
