YOUR ROLE

At CEVA Logistics, growth is a constant, and the Capacity Planning Team is no exception. As a Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play a key role in optimizing the logistics operations for bol. using your expertise.

Your sharp analyses provide insights into process times within our logistics operations. Leveraging forecasts, you determine the volumes we can and want to process, as well as the workforce required for various processes. You present these analytical proposals to the relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring clear communication through your combination of analytical and interpersonal skills.

Together with your colleagues, you work daily on improving our planning processes. You manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively propose improvements for the entire "forward logistics" planning cycle. Close collaboration with internal teams ensures you stay informed about organizational developments. You also brainstorm future customer projects with your team, coordinating resulting projects while working in a multidisciplinary environment. For instance, you may assist with a business case or explain a process change with support from your colleagues.

Your primary workplace will be our office in Waalwijk, though you’ll occasionally work from other sites in Waalwijk or our warehouses in Nieuwegein and Nijmegen. You’ll join an enthusiastic team where hard work is balanced with humor. In this role, you report to the Team Lead Capacity Planning.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Co-responsible for short- and long-term capacity planning across multiple facilities.
• Analyze process times and workforce deployment, identifying patterns and explaining deviations to refine your models.
• Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders on your plans and incorporate it into future iterations.
• Advise and support management in defining the roadmap and strategy for the Control & Analytics Department.
• Roll out analysis and improvement projects to optimize operational performance.
• Provide regular data and trend analyses to stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
• At least two years of experience in logistics, data analysis, workload planning, and/or cost analysis.
• Proven experience in project management and information analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, with a structured and precise working style.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus.
• Full-time availability.
